Accesibility problem on Poco Phone

I use Poco x3 pro. My friend use Poco x4 pro. We both are facing problem with accesibility setting. After we turned on the accesibility for some application, it stop working... "Not working, tap for info" shows on the right side of the panel. I would have upload a screenshot. but since that not allowed my words have to do..

So, can anyone help me with this? How can I fix the accesibility without changing the rom?.
