1. If one is hypertensive, one should get the hypertension corrected.

2. People who are comfortable with Ayurveda treatment can take poppy seeds (khas khas) two tbsp in milk at bedtime or massage the forehead with khas khas oil.
3. Homeopathic people say take the medication prescribed by their homeopathic doctor.
Treatment given here is perfect for others even if someone has asked just for fun. OK.

To update my lustyweb friends about latest in health. I want to tell that very shortly within 3 months ,Serum Institute of India will provide vaccine to the whole world for cancer of cervix.First it will be made available to Indians at a price of about INR 300 or so per dose.
Cervical nd breast cancer are most common and troublesome for women.

I know lekin kuch aisi baat ki uth na saka bich me bahut important tha baithna kyuki agar mai uth jata to sab uth jate aisa kabhi kabhi hota hai lekin first chance ye pain hua meko koi andaja nai tha achcha ek sawaal aur hai agar aap allow karen to mai massage me punchna chahunga kyuki kuch baat hum private me karna pasand karte hain aur mai janta hun ki ek doctor se kuch chipana nai chahiye hanlaki baat aisi nai hai ki yaha na kar sakun lekin problem dusre dost ki hai isliye punchna hai
