Can't get to the "answer phone call" screen - S22+

Oftentimes, my phone rings while I using my phone, but the incoming call screen does not open automatically, and I can't figure out how to answer those calls. However, I have the YouMail spam protection app running to filter my calls, so perhaps this is the cause. Thanks.
