How do I turn off Parental Controls for me while leaving them on for my son?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A8. It's mainly for my 9 year old son but I also want to use it for Amazon Kindle and reading emails. I setup myself using my gmail account and then setup my son as a User and installed and setup Family Link to restrict what my son can do. Now when I log in as myself I can't even install Amazon Kindle. It doesn't seem to understand that I'm the parent and not the CH*LD. How do I turn off Parental Controls for me while leaving them on for my son?
