I am proud and happy to present to you all, the first exciting version of iconic magazine.
Also Our lustyweb's staff team has done a great job to help me prepare Xing on time, a hearty

Btw The winter season starts in early December and continues up to march in India

. ( waise mausam ch aahe thandi hi sahi par mazal lustyweb ki grami ko kam kar sake ) It brings great relief from excessive heat of summer. Birds, animals, plants and human beings all of us welcome the winter season

, because it gives us the much-needed relief.

Its the season of winter so I thought ki kyun na is baar vodka ka maza liya jaaye kisi dost ko bulake .. isliye sath dene ke liye SiddHart ko bula liya.. ab jab bula hi liya to socha ki kyun na kuch sawal hi puch liya jaaye unse, ki unki kya soch hai Humare lustyweb aur iconic ko leke....

1.How did you reach lustyweb?​

Google par scroll kar raha tha, indian adult forums ko lekar tab list mai lustyweb ko dekha. New community thi but site ka UI kaafi accha tha baaki sabhi forums ke compare mai so , maine yaha registre kiya and phire mai Lustyweb ke awesome family ka part bane gaya.

2.What is your exact role as mod?​

Hum sabhi ka ek hi ultimate motto hai jes par hum kaam karte hai, aur woh hai Lustyweb ko aur behtar banana. Aur ess ultimate goal ko acheive karne ke liye hume jo bhi steps lene hote hai ya jo bhi task accomplish karne hote hai, hum unhe karte hai. Jaha tke baate maire role ki hai toh , maire yaha doh task hai. No.1 lustyweb ko content rich banana aur dusra users friendly banana, baaki forums mai rule ko impliment karna toh har mod ka role hai.

3. Are you missing someone in lustyweb ?​

Indian forums par mera safar jayada purana nahi hai, esskarne jayada logo ko mai nahi janta. Ess karn kise ko miss karne ka swale hi nahi hai but ha kuch alag forum hai jaha ka mai part raha hu. Waha ke kuch members ko mai miss karta hu. Forum ka naam toh nahi likh sakta kyuki ye rule ko violate karega but jenhe miss karta hu unka naam jarure bata sakta hu, " Jimmy, R.I.T.U, Zoe, Indian Devil, Zack, Jewi, D.D". Inko mai sab se jayada miss karta hu ess forum par.

4.What are you expecting from iconic ? any suggestion that we can implement in upcoming edition?​

Expectation,yahi hai ki lustywebians ko ye pasand aaega. Unhe kuch naya aur iconic dekhne ko milega aur rahi baate suggestion ki toh ye hai ki next edition mai aur topics add kar sakte hai Iconic mai, like kuch comic covers , animations, games arena , thoda literature shayari, poetry and all that taaki ICONIC ko thodi aur dimensions ko touch karne ka chance mile.

5. What is your future plan in lustyweb? Any suggestion to our writers readers to enjoy like you.​

PLans toh bhoute saare hai , jo time ke saath sabhi ko pata chal hi jaane hai, but ye crystal clear hai ki sabhi plans , ek motto ko pura karne ke liye hai, aur wo hai "Let's make Lustyweb G.O.A.T.(Greatest of All Time) ".


Aur rahi baate writers aur readers ki toh , dear lustywebians writers aap , wo likho jo aap chahte hai ...jese likhne mai aapko maza aata ho, agar aap keval ye sochenge ki viewers ko pasand aaega ya nahi toh aap kabhi likh nahi paaege, likhna fun hona chahiye burden nahi. Jab likhna fun hoga , tab hi likhne ka mann hoga.
Aur , humare pyaare lustywebians readers ko ye kahna chahuga, "Live life King size" . Jo story pasand aae , usse padho jaha mann kare waha scroll karo , aur apne vichar batane se na daro. Jab tke hume ye dar hoga ki koe hume judge karega tab tke hum enjoy nahi kar sakte. Mind usse dimension mai stuck rahega.
So, khude ko ess se free karo and have fun.

Main yahi expect karta hu ki kisi ek ke kahne par kisi ko ban na kiya jaye balki dono paksh ki baat suni jaye.. xf ki tarah aisa na ho ki kisi ek ne report kar diya to turant ban kar do balki jiski report huyi hai uski baat bhi suni jaye, uske baad jo forum ke hit me ho vo decision liya jaye...Andher nagri choupat raja wali baat nahi honi chahiye jaisa ki vaha tha...

Meri ye last forum hai, jab tak ye chalti rahegi, main yaha likhta rahunga warna iske baad likhna band kisi bhi forum par...main iss forum ko bulandiyo par dekhna chahta hu..contest agar hote hain to main yahi chahunga ki usme readers ki bhi bhagidari ho..kewal band kamre ke bhitar kuch chand logo dwara hi decision na liya jaye.. readers ko bhi voting ka adhikar ho kintu kisi ke bhi alias ko nahi, aur sirf unhe hi jo contest start hone ke pahle se registered hain.

Writers ke liye main yahi kahunga ki vo kahani likhte samay forum ke rules regulations ka dhyan rakhe, sath hi dusre writers ka bhi utsah vardhan karte rahe...aisa koi bhi content na likhe jo forum ke liye hanikar ho..choti choti baato ko le kar forum chhodne ki jagah thande dimag se uska solution talash kare...isme staff team ya apne dusre sathiyo se bhi help le sakte hain..

Readers se main apeksha karta hu ki vah sabhi writers ka sath de, unka manobal badhate rahe...gaali galouch na kare...kahani me agar koi cheez pasand nahi aa rahi ho to writer ko apne mann ki bhavna bataye magar abuse language use na kare...ek kahawat hai..Baatan hathi paaiye, baatan hathi paon....arthat ki aap apne vyavhar se hathi ko vash me karke uski sawari bhi kar sakte hain to vahi apne vyavhar se uske pairo ke niche kuchle bhi ja sakte hain...mera kahne ka tatparya kewal itna hai ki agar reader poori shalinta se writer ke samne apni baat rakhta hai tab writer bhi uski shalinta se prabhavit huye bina nahi rah pata aur uski baat ko gaur karta hai.

Prashansa aur Aalochana, ye dono hi ek sikke ke do pahlu hain...agar kisi ki kahani me kuch achcha lagta hai to uski tareef karke writer ko utsahit kare aur agar kuch galat lagta hai to aalochana bhi kare...magar...ye dono hi cheeze writer ke kaam ke prati honi chahiye vo bhi maryada ki seema me rah kar...kisi ke vyaktigat jeevan par abhadra tippani na kare jaisa ki dusri jagah par rozana hota hai.

Jo achche writer hain, unhe chahiye ki dusre new writers ka marg darshan kare, unki viewership ko apne se aage badhte dekh kar unse jalan mahsoos na kare...aur na hi apne aap ko best samajh kar unhe nicha dikhane ki koshish kare, ...jaisa ki xf me kuch great writers kar rahe hain, vaisi galti yaha na ho..isse new writers ke dil me purane writers ke liye nafrat ki jagah samman ki bhavna badhegi.
