Mom - Conflicted or liking it?

Hi all,

So ... my Mom has been giving me handjobs everytime she helps me bath (im disabled and need help) for almost 10 years now,

Almost everytime she complains about it and keeps arguing how wrong it is but the thing is she has all the power not to do it (i cant force her at all) but she keeps doing it ...

So even with all the complaining, she must like it right?.
